Welcome from the Headteacher

As the new Headteacher, I am delighted to welcome you to Sheredes School, and our new website.

We are very proud of our recent achievements and the progress we are rapidly making.  Our ultimate vision within the next five years is to be outstanding in every area.  Quite simply, we want to ensure that 'hand on heart' we are providing the best education and that all of our students get a better deal here than they would in any other school, no matter what their starting point.

We believe that every child can succeed in life if challenged and inspired appropriately. A well balanced curriculum supported by a comprehensive extra-curricular provision helps Sheredes students develop as well rounded individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful in adult life.

All our students are expected to work hard and behave in an exemplary fashion. This is achieved through clear expectations and a comprehensive rewards system that encourages students to do well and ensures they feel safe and are able to meet the challenges we set.

At Sheredes School we aim to make a difference to young people and we very much look forward to welcoming your son or daughter to the school and becoming one of our many successes of the future.

Please don't hesitate to contact us with any queries and suggestions or come and visit.
